1.1. T10 Temperature Control Screen Protocol Integration Manual

1.1.1. I. Overview

This document aims to define the communication logic and protocol specification of the T10 temperature control screen in different scenarios

1.1.2. II. Core Protocol Definitions

1. T10 Temperature Control Screen Protocol (as a client)

Scenario: The temperature control screen actively obtains data from and controls the air conditioner

  • Communication method: RS485 bus
  • Communication peer: Air conditioner gateway (AC Gateway)
  • Functions implemented:
    • Data acquisition: Obtain the running mode, ambient temperature, set temperature and other information of the air conditioner in real time
    • Status monitoring: Monitor the online/offline status and fault codes of the air conditioner
    • Device control: Issue control commands such as power on/off, temperature adjustment and fan speed switching

2. T10 Temperature Control Screen Gateway Protocol (as a server)

Scenario: The temperature control screen acts as the "central control hub", accepting management by external devices

  • Communication method: Wi-Fi (TCP/UDP) or RS485
  • Communication peer: MCUs, third-party controllers or host devices
  • Functions implemented:
    • Gateway mode: The temperature control screen runs as a Server/Slave, listening for external requests
    • Remote control: External devices read the temperature control screen's status or directly control its parameters through this protocol
