Local area network connection cannot find the host of Xiao Ke background music
Can be investigated from the following directions:
- Is the phone on the same local area network as the Keku background music host?
- Router enables UPnP function, supports local network broadcasting
- Is the hotel mode turned on in the settings (no need to turn it on)?
- If not found after satisfying 1 and 2, try entering the music resource page on the Xiao Ke background music host, then double-click the bottom home button to kill all applications, restart Xiao Ke and the phone, and try to search again
- If trying 3 times still cannot find the device, check if the music app on your phone (such as QQ Music) can search for the Xiao Ke background music host
Local area network: multiple rooms and call cannot find the device
- Ensure that the machine is on the same subnet, connected to the same named WIFI
- Router enables UPnP function, supports local network broadcasting
- Under the router's port, connect another router through an Ethernet cable. This method is not allowed.
If there are multiple routers, make sure one is the main router, and the others function as WIFI signal amplifiers or repeater functions
- If you want to rule out machine function issues, you can turn on the mobile hotspot, and all the background music hosts are connected to the mobile hotspot
